Hallie joined the RCD team in 2016. Her background weaves both agricultural and conservation work that includes harvest seasons growing up in Mendocino County; earning a B.A. from SFSU in Environmental Studies; developing water and sanitation projects as a Peace Corps Volunteer; and working with farmers and ranchers on soil health projects as an NRCS Soil Conservationist. In her role as Conservation Programs Manager, Hallie has been fortunate to work on impactful and relevant restoration projects with inspiring partners in each of the coastal watersheds in the District. 

Hallie enjoys traveling the world, cooking with her husband, baseball (go Giants!) and exploring the Central Coast with her two dogs.
